The Museum is located in a historical tenement house opposite the Town Hall which has a beautiful view on the Old Market Square and the fighting mechanical goats which butt heads daily at noon. During special demonstrations people can learn about the city’s history and Saint Martin’s croissants. Visitors may also participate in the demonstration of making a croissant with tasting it at the end.
