JARACZ

Jaracz is a locality in the Oborniki District (powiat), situated ca. 10 km north-east of Oborniki.

The Museum was located in 1981 on the Wełna river, in the territory of a former mill settlement. The exhibits are deployed at the mill structure, the stable by the mill and the miller’s house. The history of milling and cereal processing industry is shown there, from the earliest ages till our time. Visitors, especially the young ones, enjoy the stands where you can check and test on our own how a handmill or other equipment-of-yore operates.
