A village in the Żerków Commune (Jarocin District), located approx. 4 km northwest of Żerków.

Erected in the 17th century. The church was built using boarded log construction. Oriented. Rectangular nave is adjacent to a narrow chancel, enclosed on three sides, with a vestry on the north side. By the north wall of the nave, a brick grave chapel of the Gorzeński family is located, with an annex constructed in 1901; to the south - a two-storey brick porch. Shingled roofs; the roof of the chapel - tiled. Bell tower with an onion-shaped, shingled dome, located above the nave. Ceilings inside. The interior modestly decorated with paintings discovered in 1997.

Homogeneous, Mannerist features, dating back to the first half of the 17th century. Late-Gothic sculptures in the main altar, Madonna with the Child on a crescent in the middle. Baroque crucifix from the second half of the 17th century on the rood beam. Pulpit platform located by the north wall of the chancel. Late-Gothic baptismal font from the second half of the 15th century. Inscription plates of the founders in the chapel.
