People who imagine Wielkopolska as a region of flat, monotonous landscapes could not be more wrong. The scenic outlook near the town of Łężeczki, on the road from Pniewy to Sieraków, is proof positive of this. The beautiful panorama of (Lake Chrzypsko) and its surrounding hills is laid out before you. The offbeat mushroom-shaped stone monument is an additional tourist attraction that complements the breathtaking view. This was put up to mark the 10th anniversary of the Sieraków Landscape Park and the 38th anniversary of the Academic Senior Club. It was unveiled 1 minute after midnight on 1 January 2001, which makes it the first monument of the third millennium.
